The Division of Computing, Data Science, and Society’s Data Science Discovery Program is accepting project partner applications for Fall 2022!
The Data Science Discovery Program is a data science research incubator and accelerator run by the Berkeley Institute for Data Science, D-Lab, and Data Science Undergraduate Studies. Since 2015 it has connected more than 500 data science projects to thousands of student data scientists. You can see a sample of our previous projects in across many domain areas.
The application to be a Data Science Discovery Project Partner is open to all faculty, graduate students, and postdocs, along with non-profits, government agencies, and industry partners.
As a Data Science Discovery Project Partner, you will have the opportunity to:
Increase your capacity to take on data-centric projects, at any level of complexity for one semester or across many years.
Collaborate with UC Berkeley’s world-class undergraduate and graduate data science students.
