Recruiting and Retaining Bi-Lingual and Bi-Cultural Clinical Staff

The field of behavioral health faces a critical workforce shortage. It is particularly acute in high cost Silicon Valley and in the safety-net service system. Further, the staff does not adequately reflect the diversity of the community served. Analysis of this survey will provide insight into recruitment and retention strategies targeting bi-lingual and bi-cultural staff at all levels.
