Alice Tsai joined CDSS in September 2023 with over 10 years of experience in international education and has been focusing on partnership management and strategic communications in a high-level setting. She joined UC Berkeley in 2017 and has worked at the Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute (TBSI) and the Global Engagement Office (GEO). She managed a high-profile partnership for the university and supported campus senior leadership in advising strategies for global engagement, serving as liaison to external stakeholders for international activities and facilitating communications across campus and among potential international partners. 

 

In the role of Associate Director for Donor Relations and International Advancement at CDSS, Alice is responsible for donor relations and stewardship, as well as bridging the college and the world to foster its global presence and promote its mission internationally. Alice received a master's degree in Global Studies and International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston, and a master's degree in International Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.
