Cleaning criminal justice data

 We build low-code no-code tools for making sense of data, with an emphasis on social justice applications. 

Police misconduct data arrives in the form of 100s of thousands of pages of PDFs. To make sense of it to help inform journalists and public defenders, they need to be extracted, cleaned, and integrated into a uniform schema. We're working with journalists and public defender units who plan to use the tools, techniques, and outputs of the project.
