Karina considers herself a true Golden Bear, having earned her B.A. in Linguistics in 2020 as well as working as staff since 2021. Here at DSUS, Karina primarily helps with the Data Scholars program, which supports students from underrepresented communities as they navigate the world of data science at Berkeley. Outside of work, she loves to bake, play the flute, and travel whenever possible.
