In this online webinar, advisors will discuss the Data Science academic program at UC Berkeley including the major and minor, and answer student questions. Information will be tailored to students entering as first-years directly from high school. Register before the start of the event HERE.

Tuesday, April 27, 2021, 11:00am-12:00pm PDT - Data Science Information Session for Transfer Students

Want to get hands-on experience and build your professional portfolio working on data science projects in a small team? The Data Science Discovery Research Program matches 100-200 students every semester with on-campus and community-based partners working on data science projects of all kinds.

Student Teams

The Data Science Education Program is driven by students. Every semester, over 100 students join our faculty and staff on teams developing curriculum and infrastructure, teaching courses,  supporting advising and consulting services as peers, and much more.
