Dag MacLeod is the author of Downsizing the State: Privatization and the Limits of Neoliberal Reform in Mexico (Penn State University Press, 2004). He was a Fulbright fellow in Mexico City in 1997 and received his Ph.D. in Sociology from the Johns Hopkins University in 2001. Dag has worked in various analytic and management positions in the California State legal system. He is currently the Director of the Office of Research and Institutional Accountability at the California State Bar.
